A three-day convergence, Revolutionising Philanthropy was created to share a vision for sustained and flexible funding dedicated to the progressive realisation of women’s, girls’ and trans human rights across 34 countries supported by Prospera Asia and Pacific Members.
The convergence brought together eight women’s funds, women and trans groups, activists, funders and feminist allies to deliberate on how to bring about transformative change in funding politics and democratising philanthropy.
Along with graphic recording, I worked on creating an illustrated report that would act as a feminist funding manifesto. The idea was to reflect the space created at the convergence to share, learn and build solidarity, while also highlighting key takeaways and action points.
