Learning Summit: Addressing GBV and Harassment in the Garment Sector

CARE and Better Work organized a virtual summit to learn about some new tools, good practices and evidence of what works to prevent gender-based violence and harassment in the garment industry. Supported by Australian Aid, the summit aimed to facilitate shared commitment among industry stakeholders.

The event featured evidence and lessons learned from CARE’s ‘Enhancing Women’s Voice to STOP Sexual Harassment’ project, based on their experience working to address gender-based violence and harassment in 42 factories across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
